Shipping & Delivery

Currently we deliver material in Delhi using Dukaan courier .Delivery Charges are calculated automatically at checkout page, based on size and weight of the items coupled with delivery location.

All deliveries must be signed when you receive them. When buying online, you also have the option to pick up your ordered items, from our store at Kh 152/153 Rajpur Khurd , New Delhi-110068 . Simply select Pick Up In-Store option and make payment the usual way. We will send you an email order confirmation and our stores will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready for pick up. We request ID and authorization when collecting your items.
Delivery time depends on your location. Generally we will endeavor to supply ordered goods within 3-5 days in Delhi/NCR and 3-7 days at other locations. In case, any product runs out of stock or is unavailable; we shall then communicate to you by email, giving revised delivery schedule or other options.
Please note that the delivery transit times may vary due to reasons beyond our control, as we use 3rd party courier companies.

Cash On Delivery
Why is the COD option not offered in my location?
Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

How the COD order gets successfully placed if it is not fulfilling the ‘Shipping and Delivery’ policy?
Sometimes the site shows technical errors and in these situations, such mistakes can happen, in which case we extend our sincere apologies  for the inconvenience caused.

Cash On Delivery will be available for the order value of above Rs. 3000 only.
